The organization is as follows
9.00am - RSD depart Rotorua for Tauranga
10.15am - Arrive at Bethlehem College Event Centre
11.00am - Hockey game
12.30pm - Rugby game
2.00pm - After match lunch for all team and formalities
3.00pm - RSD depart Bethlehem for Auckland
