Dear Parents, Re- Billet request for McLean’s College
Firstly, on behalf of the Bethlehem College 1st XV rugby team I would like to thank you for supporting our team by taking a billet for the night. To help you with arrangements for Friday & Saturday below is the proposed schedule for this exchange.
Friday 18th April 17
5.00- 5.30pm Mcleans College arrive at Bethlehem College Event Centre
Would all families who are having students please meet here to meet & collect your billet for the night
I have told all 1st XV boys who are billeting to keep their guests at home and entertain them for the night rather then go somewhere.
Saturday
9.30- 9.45am Return billet to Bethlehem College Event Centre where both teams will assemble & change for game later in the morning.
11.00am Kick off
12.30- 1.00pm Players change & shower at Event Centre
1.00- 1.30pm light lunch – BBQ sausages, finger food & drink
2.00pm McLean’s College departs for Auckland.
Please find attached billeting list – as you can see we have a few gaps – Hopefully this will be filled in before Friday. Finally – the coaches are staying at my home so if you have any queries please feel to ring me at home 5768441.
